Provider Subscription Terms

These Provider Subscription Terms (“Subscription Terms”) govern the purchase and use of paid subscription plans on the Allies Connect Platform, operated by Allies Way, Inc. (“Allies Way,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By subscribing to a paid plan, you (“Provider,” “you,” or “your”) agree to these Subscription Terms in addition to our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.
1. Subscription Plans
Allies Connect offers the following paid provider subscription tiers:
- Pro ($39/month): Expanded listings, event posting, standard volunteer signups, basic volunteer management, outreach tools, and public visibility tools.
- Pro Plus ($109/month): Everything in Pro, plus the Community Event Operations Hub, Volunteer Command Center, QR Check-In, Attendance Tracking, CSV Exports, Post-Event Summaries, AI Caption Regeneration, and premium operational tools.
Plan features and pricing may be updated over time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes to active subscribers.
2. Billing and Payment
- Subscriptions are billed on a monthly recurring basis beginning on the date you activate your paid plan.
- Payment is processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your provided payment method at the applicable monthly rate.
- All fees are in U.S. Dollars and are non-refundable except as described in Section 4 (Cancellation) or as required by applicable law.
- Failed payments may result in temporary suspension of paid features. We will notify you by email before or after a failed payment attempt.
- You are responsible for keeping your billing information current and accurate.
3. Free Plan
Allies Connect also offers a free provider tier that allows organizations to claim a basic profile with limited posting capabilities. The free plan does not require a payment method and is not subject to billing provisions in these Subscription Terms.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
- You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at support@alliesway.org.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until that date.
- We do not provide prorated refunds for unused portions of a billing period, except where required by applicable law or at our sole discretion.
- If you cancel, your account reverts to the free plan. Listings and data are retained and may continue to be displayed publicly in accordance with free plan terms, unless you request deletion.
5. What Paid Plans Include — and Do Not Include
Paid provider plans give organizations access to platform tools to manage listings, events, and volunteer activities. Specifically:
- Paid plans do not guarantee referrals, donations, volunteers, clients, calls, clicks, web traffic, or any particular outcome or result.
- Allies Connect is a community-facing directory and engagement platform. Visibility and engagement depend on community use, listing quality, and many factors outside our control.
- Allies Connect does not provide marketing, outreach, or paid advertising services as part of any subscription plan.
6. Provider Responsibilities
As a Provider on a paid plan, you agree to:
- Keep all listing information — including resources, events, and volunteer opportunities — accurate, current, and complete.
- Update listings promptly when services, hours, eligibility, or availability change.
- Not post content that is misleading, fraudulent, discriminatory, harmful, or otherwise inconsistent with platform standards.
- Comply with all applicable laws in connection with your listings and activities on the Platform.
- Manage volunteer signups responsibly, including communicating with volunteers regarding scheduling, attendance, and cancellations.
7. Platform Moderation Rights
Allies Connect reserves the right to review, flag, edit, hide, or remove any listing — regardless of subscription tier — if it appears:
- Inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete.
- Potentially misleading or harmful to community members.
- In violation of these Terms or applicable law.
- Inconsistent with platform standards for quality, accuracy, and safety.
We will make reasonable efforts to notify Providers of moderation actions affecting their listings. Moderation actions do not entitle Providers to refunds unless we terminate the subscription without cause.
8. Suspension and Termination by Allies Way
We may suspend or terminate your subscription and access to the Platform at any time if you:
- Violate these Subscription Terms or the Terms of Use.
- Fail to maintain accurate and current listings after notice.
- Fail to pay subscription fees.
- Engage in conduct harmful to the Platform, community members, or Allies Way's reputation.
If we terminate your subscription without cause, we will provide a prorated refund for the unused portion of the current billing period.
9. Intellectual Property
By submitting listing content (descriptions, images, event details, etc.) to the Platform, you represent that you have the right to share that content and grant Allies Way a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, distribute, and promote that content on the Platform and in related communications.
You retain ownership of your content. We will not sell your content to third parties.
10. Platform Availability
We strive to maintain Platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical issues, or events beyond our control may result in temporary unavailability. We are not liable for losses arising from Platform downtime.
11. Modifications to Plans and Pricing
We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing and plan features. We will provide at least 30 days' advance notice of price increases to active subscribers. Continued use of paid features after the effective date of a price change constitutes your acceptance of the new pricing.
12. Entire Agreement
These Subscription Terms, together with the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Allies Way regarding your Provider subscription. In the event of a conflict, these Subscription Terms govern with respect to subscription-specific matters.
13. Governing Law
These Subscription Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts of Georgia.
