What this resource provides
One-time emergency payments to prevent eviction. Funds are paid directly to landlords on behalf of qualifying tenants. Case managers assist with the full application.
Eligibility
Fulton County residents with household income at or below 80% AMI. Must have a past-due rent notice or court-filed eviction.
Required Documents
Government-issued ID, Signed lease, Past-due rent notice or eviction filing, Two most recent pay stubs or benefit award letter
Hours / Availability
Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 4 PM. Closed on state holidays.

Special Instructions
Bring all original documents to your appointment. Incomplete packets will not be processed the same day.
