What this resource provides
Certified navigators help individuals and families apply for SNAP, Medicaid, WIC, LIHEAP, and other federal and state assistance programs. All services are free.
Eligibility
Open to all Georgia residents. Income and household size are assessed during the appointment to determine program eligibility.
Required Documents
Government-issued ID, Social Security numbers for all household members, Proof of income for the past 30 days, Most recent utility or rent bill
Hours / Availability
Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM.
